Administrative Asst II
for section headings (e.g., About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID/requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short
or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g., "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences.
We need to parse the posting.

- Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications: Must possess valid Texas driver’s license.
- Initial Screening Criteria: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience using automated office systems, equipment and basic computer software. Administrative assistant or clerk experience.
- Additional Information: background check, drug screen, registry checks, selective service, random drug testing, flexibility, overtime, weekends/holidays, age >=18, tips for success, military, ADA accommodations, pre-employment checks, work eligibility, E-Verify, I-9, telework disclaimer, nearest major market, nearest secondary market.
We need to decide sections: About the role (maybe from brief job description), Responsibilities (Essential Job Functions), Requirements (Initial Screening Criteria + Registrations etc), Qualifications (maybe KSAs?), Skills (maybe part of KSAs), Benefits (benefits package described early), Pay (salary range and pay frequency), Schedule (shift, telework, travel, overtime, weekends). Must only include sections if posting has real specific content.
We have benefits: "Our comprehensive benefits package includes 100% paid employee health insurance for full-time eligible employees, a defined benefit pension plan, generous time off benefits, numerous opportunities for career advancement and more. Explore more details on the Benefits of Working at HHS webpage." That's specific enough for Benefits section.
Pay: Salary Range: $2,829.00 - $3,946.25, Pay Frequency: Monthly. That's specific.
Schedule: Shift: Day, Additional Shift: Days (First), Telework: Not Eligible for Telework, Travel: Up to 5%, Flexibility in work hours may be required, may be required to work overtime and/or extended hours, Must be willing to work weekends and holidays. That's specific enough for Schedule.
We also have "Regular/Temporary: Regular", "Full Time/Part Time: Full time", "FLSA Exempt/Non-Exempt: Nonexempt". Could be part of Schedule or maybe a separate section but we prefer few substantive sections. Could incorporate into Schedule or About the role.
We need to avoid filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We must not repeat job title as heading. So no
Administrative Asst II.
We need to use for section headings. Use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and
for prose.
We need to preserve all substantive information. So we need to include details like location, department, etc. Could be in About the role paragraph.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. We should remove duplicated lines, navigation, cookie, etc. The posting includes some like "Review our Tips for Success when applying for jobs at DFPS, DSHS and HHSC." That's application instruction? Might be considered boilerplate; we should remove application instructions. Also "Active Duty, Military, Reservists, Guardsmen, And Veterans ..." maybe not boilerplate but could be considered extra info; but it's substantive? It's about encouraging veterans; maybe keep as part of About the role or Requirements? It's not essential but could be considered extra. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The military encouragement might be considered not boilerplate but maybe it's okay to keep? It's not application instruction per se. However, it's a bit of a generic statement. Safer to keep if it's substantive? It's not required but we can keep as part of About the role.
We also need to include "MOS Codes" list; that's metadata maybe minor; could fold into short
or drop. The instruction: "do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it." So MOS codes could be minor metadata; we could include in a short
under About the role or drop. Probably drop to keep concise.
We need to preserve ALL substantive information; dropping MOS codes might be losing some info but maybe considered minor metadata. The instruction says fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we could include a short
with MOS codes.
Similarly, Posting Number, Closing Date, Posting Audience, Occupational Category, Salary Group, etc. Those are minor metadata; we could include in a short
at top.
We need to avoid creating sections with filler. So we will have sections: About the role (prose), Responsibilities (list), Requirements (list), Qualifications (maybe list of KSAs), Benefits (list), Pay (prose), Schedule (list). Could combine Requirements and Qualifications? But we need to follow headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We can use only those that have content.
We have:
- About the role: brief job description + maybe location, department, mission. That's substantive.
- Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions (EJFs) list.
- Requirements: Initial Screening Criteria + Registrations, Licensure Requirements Or Certifications (driver's license) + maybe other checks (background, drug screen, selective service, age). Those are requirements.
- Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSAs) could be qualifications. Or Skills separate.
- Skills: maybe we can split KSAs into Skills and Knowledge? But we have both Knowledge, Skills And Abilities. Could treat as Skills section.
- Benefits: benefits package.
- Pay: salary range and pay frequency.
- Schedule: shift, telework, travel, overtime, weekends, flexibility.
We need to avoid duplication. Let's extract content.
