Responsibilities
- Coordinating and managing faculty calendars.
- Organizing faculty meetings.
- Preparing and editing professional documents such as curriculum vitae (CVs), NIH biosketches, division communications.
- Aiding with clinical scheduling activities through Qgenda and supporting coordination of faculty schedules as needed.
- Potential duties include: coordinating faculty recruitment and onboarding activities, scheduling interviews, meetings, and recruitment visits, supporting faculty onboarding processes, organizing departmental and faculty events, supporting trainee and faculty conferences, assisting with asset management and inventory tracking activities, managing departmental paper mail, maintaining records and files, coordinating faculty travel arrangements and reimbursements.
Requirements
- One (1) year of clerical or administrative experience.
- High School diploma or GED.
