About Financial Grade
Financial Grade is a leading Field Marketing Organization (FMO) that helps independent Medicare insurance agents grow successful businesses through industry-leading tools, carrier partnerships, training, and operational support. As they prepare for continued growth and the Annual Enrollment Period (AEP), they are seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to provide critical support across multiple operational departments.
What You'll Do
Support day-to-day operations across several departments, ensuring processes run efficiently during one of their busiest times of the year.
Perform data entry, document processing, and file management.
Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal tracking systems.
Aid in special projects and cross-functional initiatives.
Prepare documentation and materials for meetings, audits, and compliance reviews.
Licensing & Contracting Support:
Assist with agent licensing, contracting, and carrier appointment documentation.
Track application, renewal, and appointment statuses.
Maintain accurate records within internal systems and carrier platforms.
Follow up with agents and carriers regarding outstanding requirements.
Commissions & Accounting Support:
Assist with commission tracking and reconciliation activities.
Support administrative tasks related to invoices, payments, and financial documentation.
Maintain organized records and assist with reporting needs.
Verify data accuracy and escalate discrepancies when identified.
Client Services Support:
Aid in administrative tasks related to member and agent support.
Track inquiries, follow-ups, and case statuses.
Prepare support documentation and communications.
Cook up internally to help ensure timely resolution of requests.
Qualifications
A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
One to three years of administrative, office support, or operational experience is preferred.
Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong organizational and time-management skills are essential.
An excellent attention to detail and accuracy are required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook, is necessary.
The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines is crucial.
Preferred experience includes insurance, healthcare, Medicare, or financial services industry.
Exposure to licensing and contracting, commissions administration, accounting support, or client services is beneficial.
Experience working with CRM systems or internal operational platforms is advantageous.
