Responsibilities
- Administrative support to a project team including payroll and onboarding employees.
- AIA Billings
- Account Receivables
- Creating and maintaining documents
- Customer contact and other duties as appropriate.
- Education: High school graduate, holder of G.E.D., or equivalent studies/experience.
- Experience: Previous human resources administration experience.
- Strong administrative, computer, organization and communication skills required.
- SPECIALIZED SKILLS: Bilingual Spanish is required for this position.
