Responsibilities
- Receive and log incoming paperwork from drivers.
- Review and correct paperwork before scanning into Centerboard.
- Scan paperwork and create files.
- Label files.
- Create billing requests.
- Update driver’s spreadsheet to confirm they are paid.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- A high school education or equivalent experience.
- Strong attention-to-detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must possess a positive attitude for interacting with staff and management.
- Punctual, results-oriented, and focused on problem-solving.
