Position Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Representative team by answering customer calls and emails, managing reports and identifying data trends.
- Place orders and request quotes for customers and fulfill pricing requests from vendors.
- Apply business knowledge and discretion when handling assignments and projects.
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 2+ years Office experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Access.
- Strong multitasking and time-management skills.
- Handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
