About the role
The Operations Administrator provides dedicated administrative, operational, and compliance support at site level to enable Site Managers to focus on strategic leadership, safety performance, client engagement, and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Manages all daily, weekly, and monthly site-level administrative tasks that support the Site Manager and operational delivery.
- Captures and manages employee rosters and hours inputs to ensure accuracy and alignment with contractual staffing requirements.
- Coordinates hiring and onboarding activity, and supports governance processes across the Amazon account.
- Ensures the reliability, completeness, and consistency of site-level data, and strengthens compliance execution.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required; an associate’s degree or administrative certification is preferred.
- A driver’s license is preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of similar administrative or operational support experience is required; experience in facilities management, logistics, or distribution environments is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Teams, and data entry systems is necessary.
- Ability to interpret and accurately manage hours, payroll inputs, and staffing schedules is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously are needed.
- A high attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, consistent reporting is important.
- Ability to work collaboratively with Site Managers, Shift Leads, HR, TA, and central operations teams is crucial.
- Proactivity, reliability, and capability to work with minimal supervision are valued.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively within a diverse workforce are necessary.
