About the role

Assist with a variety of office administrative duties including greeting guests, answering phones, distributing mail, ensuring common areas are clear and stocked, performing local errands, supporting the Office Manager with employee events, and maintaining company safety and sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and answer phones
• Distribute mail and ensure common areas are clear and stocked
• Perform local errands between venues, offices, government offices, and businesses
• Support the Office Manager with employee events
• Perform opening/running/closing duties according to company policy
• Maintain company safety and sanitation standards
• Have knowledge of all music, promotional, or special events
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while remaining pleasant and professional

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Flexible schedule
• Excellent communication skills and punctuality
• Tolerance of all cultures, music, and art forms
• Valid US drivers license
• Properly working vehicle and proof of insurance
• Exceptional driving record

Preferred

• 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
• Experience in a live music environment

Physical Demands/Working Environment

The working environment is fast-paced, often loud, and stressful. The position involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting of light objects.
