About the role
Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant in River Falls. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to support our administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and faxes
- Coordinate travel arrangements and manage conference calls
- Prepare documents and reports as needed
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Support meetings and events
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
