Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Organizes, schedules and sets up for department meetings or as requested by Residential Leadership.
  • Records meeting minutes as assigned.
  • Captures and uploads any mailing distributions to electronic records.
  • Collaborates with the department to coordinate supply or other distributions.
  • Orders and maintains office supplies for the building.
  • Updates departments lists/directories.
  • Maintains the Residential policy & SOP pages on People Connect in accordance with templating provided by the Marketing Department.
  • Complies with all agency policies and procedures.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A High School Diploma/GED and one year related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience with the use of Microsoft and Outlook products.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods of time.
