About the role
The Administrative Assistant will support the Center Directors in scheduling appointments, students and teachers, all reception functions, and administrative services. They will also check-in clients for identity screening services and test proctoring.Responsibilities
- Multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Provide exceptional customer service over the phone.
- Offer enthusiastic, welcoming demeanor and professional customer service skills.
- Show attention to detail.
- Manage two years of office experience, computer proficiency, and learning center operations software.
- Organize and manage time effectively.
- Work well under pressure and maintain confidentiality.
- React to change productively and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
