Responsibilities

  • Oversees membership remote customer service channels, including telephone and email.
  • Works proficiently in ZenDesk to accurately categorize and organize member requests for reporting purposes.
  • Efficiently and effectively completes membership renewal transactions.
  • Works across departments on the implementation of new features to enhance the membership customer service experience.
  • Maintains professional and helpful communication across all channels.
  • Ensures a warm and supportive customer service experience for all Museum members.
  • Remains current on Museum exhibitions, films, educational programs, and marketing campaigns.
  • Communicates across departments to resolve customer service inquiries.
  • Maintains the accuracy of the Membership database.
  • Supports the development and maintenance of member lifecycle communications and testing plans to increase member engagement and value.
  • Supports onsite and virtual member event planning and execution.
  • Performs special membership category registration and fulfillment.
  • Performs additional duties as reasonably required to support the functions described above.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • One to two years professional experience within a development, membership, or subscription product organization.
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly detail-oriented with superior writing and proofreading skills.
  • Experience with ZenDesk and Salesforce or other CRM is a plus.
  • Proficiency using technology, including mobile devices, Google workspace, point of sale software, and more.
  • Able to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.
  • An interest in modern and contemporary art is a plus.

Salary

The salary for this position is $55,822 per annum.
