Typical Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive and courteous demeanor at all times, and practice good front-facing customer service with the public.
  • Assist Chief of Security, Director of Communications, Director of Support Services, and Director of Operations with essential functions as needed.
  • Make operational purchases using credit card or check request, including but not limited to: uniforms, equipment, vehicle maintenance, outside services, etc.
  • Schedule maintenance and maintain records for vehicle fleet
  • Maintain receipts for reconciliation through appropriate program.
  • Maintain and distribute operational information for success of Command Staff, officers, and dispatchers.
  • Assist Parking Coordinator in necessary administrative tasks as requested.
  • Any other tasks as directed by shift supervisor, Director of Operations, Support Services, and/or Communications, and the Executive Director.

  • Budgetary Responsibility: Department credit card, reconciliation of department receipts, working with Chief of Security to remain within budgetary confines.

Education and Experience

  • High School graduate minimum, bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of administration experience preferred.
