Responsibilities
- Act as a trusted liaison between senior leadership, internal partners, and external stakeholders, building strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Exercise sound judgment and discretion while handling highly confidential, sensitive, and proprietary information, including interpreting and applying policies as needed.
- Enable executive success through proactive support, managing priorities, calendars, materials, and approvals while anticipating needs, challenges, and solutions before they arise.
- Represent each executive’s style and brand with excellence, ensuring communications, presentations, and deliverables reflect their preferred approach, voice, and impact—and are consistently accurate and error-free.
- Drive flawless execution and reliability, building credibility through attention to detail, follow-through, and a demonstrated ability to take on increasing responsibility with confidence.
- Support effective team and divisional operations, including organizing meetings and events, managing SharePoint sites and permissions, and contributing to a collaborative team environment that delivers results.
Requirements
- Five or more years of administrative experience supporting senior-level managers, executives, or executive teams, with the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, paired with strong personal credibility and professionalism when interacting across all levels of the organization.
- A high degree of organizational skill and attention to detail, enabling accurate, timely, and reliable execution while managing multiple workstreams.
- Flexibility and strong collaboration skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly learn new tools, systems, or databases.
Qualifications

Pay
The pay for this role will vary based on a range of factors including, but not limited to, a candidate’s geographic location, market conditions, and specific skills and experience. The salary range for this role is posted below; we generally target up to and around the midpoint of the range.
National Plus Salary Range: $66,800.00 - $106,900.00
