About the role
Provides administrative staff support to a university executive. Coordinates unit activities, drafts documents, assists in committee work, responds to information requests, and manages travel and purchasing.
Responsibilities
- Organizes and coordinates unit activities, such as retreats, staff development, committee appointments, internship programs, awards ceremonies, etc.
- Serves on committees and task forces as a representative of the unit.
- Responds to information requests from internal and external agencies and conducts research for policy and program development.
- Collects and writes information for newsletters or news bulletins for the unit.
- Participates in special projects and prepares statistical reports as needed.
- Supports Cougar One Stop and Integrated Enrollment Services teams with calendar and meeting management.
- Oversees purchasing and financial tasks, including supply orders, voucher processing, procurement card reconciliation, and financial reporting.
- Submits and tracks facilities work requests and runs reports in PeopleSoft Finance and Human Capital Management systems.

- Experience in Oracle PeopleSoft Campus Solutions.
