About the role

Goldbelt Frontier supports health technology management operations, projects, and services across government and commercial sectors. This role serves as the onsite team lead for administrative functions related to medical equipment maintenance.

Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day supervision of the administrative team.
  • Manage and track employee accountability through necessary reports.
  • Develop project plans and reports, establishing systems for review and control for M3D leadership approval.
  • Assist with the interview process for administrative vacancies.
  • Provide office automation expertise to create records, compile reports, gather, process, and analyze data.
  • Gather data and perform analysis to coordinate project impacts with employees and managers.
  • Schedule internal and external meetings, reserve conference space, and coordinate with attendees.
  • Manage and maintain executive calendars.
  • Prepare and confirm travel authorization letters.
  • Enter, open, close, and update work order information in automated systems.
  • Provide office administration support, including preparing general office correspondence and personnel briefs.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by M3D leadership.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of related experience.
  • Proficiency with DMLSS and TEWLS database systems.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a NACI Clearance.
  • Travel as required (estimated no more than 15%).
  • Ability to lift 25+ pounds.

Qualifications

  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and interact directly with M3D leadership.
  • Strong task/event/issue tracking, including personnel status.
  • Excellent communication, business analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective customer service skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally (internally and externally).
  • Strong written and verbal English language skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and internet usage.
  • Math ability to compute rates, ratios, percentages, and interpret bar graphs.
  • Reasoning ability to solve practical problems with limited standardization and interpret instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with the Department of the Army and Department of Defense.
