Administrative Assistant II Responsibilities
- Composes and types correspondence
- Compiles data and prepares summary reports
- Processes billing information
- Coordinates projects
- Maintains record keeping and filing systems
- Schedules meetings and conferences
- Answers telephone
- Schedules service appointments
- Acts as administrative liaison
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- One (1) year training in business or office administration
- Three (3) years of progressive office/administrative support experience required
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office software applications (Word and Excel)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to communicate with others
- Ability to respond to telephone inquiries
- Ability to continually proofread, check and verify data
- Ability to use a keyboard and video display terminal
- Ability to pull, lift and transport files and documents
Compensation and Benefits
- Range begins at $19.27 - $28.12 per hour
