About the Role
Provide administrative support for up to 2 Directors, including access to confidential and proprietary data and reporting.
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties: answer phones, coordinate meetings, manage calendars, and create/proof correspondence and reports.
- Liaise with other departments to facilitate communication and workflow.
- Act as a project manager on special projects and assist staff members as needed, including explaining policies.
- Assist with travel arrangements for the department and handle arrangements for company events.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Associate’s Degree in Business Management or related field; Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience communicating with external stakeholders, such as customers, government, or regulatory officials.
