Administrative Assistant II - Hybrid
Description of Job
- Mail and Email Processing - open, date stamp and distribute mail and email, sorting, to determine action needed.
- Certificate of Service and Document Delivery – Disseminate all decisions, orders, forms, certificates of record, memoranda and office correspondence.
- Customer Service - assist with front desk coverage by answering incoming calls and greeting walk-in clients.

- Experience Only: At least two (2) years of relevant experience in a legal environment or general office support that includes customer service.
- Education and Experience: A combination of related education and/or relevant experience in a legal environment or general office support that includes customer service equal to at least two (2) years.
