Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Ability to prioritize, organize, multi-task numerous complex administrative activities, work collaboratively, and manage time.
  • Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Suite, Outlook 355, Google Drive; skilled in the use of graphics, charts, tables, spreadsheets, and word processing.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant telephone personality.
  • Experience with bookkeeping preferred.
  • Preference will be given to District Employees.

Terms Of Employment

  • 210 days
  • Salary/Paygrade $31,207 – CP5 Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year.

Essential Functions

  • Aid in requesting, processing, and following up on documentation related to the operation of the high school child cares.
  • Aid in monitoring and recording of daily attendance and child care associate assignments in the high school child cares.
  • Aid in requesting, processing, and following up on documentation related to pregnancy-related services funding.
  • Reconcile approximately 100 department credit (pCard) accounts monthly.
  • Process purchase orders, secure quotations, maintain multiple/linked budget spreadsheets and inventory databases for CTE supply and capital outlay accounts.
  • Aid CTE administrators with the preparation and maintenance of CTE curriculum materials, assessments, and staff development.
  • Aid with the preparation and maintenance of documents related to compliance with state and federal guidelines.

Working Conditions

  • Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
