Full-time position, Monday–Friday, 8:30 am–5:00 pm.

Responsibilities

  • Front-desk reception, greeting and assisting guests and colleagues
  • Supporting leadership, departments, and the team with scheduling, administrative tasks, and projects

Requirements

  • High School diploma
  • 3–5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant, equivalent experience, or training
  • Professionalism, strong communication, and customer-service skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

Qualifications

  • Time management: ability to prioritize, organize, and accomplish tasks accurately and in a timely manner; exercise sound judgment under pressure; manage multiple and competing activities simultaneously
  • Communication skills: demonstrate diplomacy and tact; compose, spell, edit, and proofread with appropriate grammar; relate effectively with all levels of individuals to earn credibility, respect, and confidence
  • Administrative & organizational skills: strong knowledge of organizational dynamics and administrative procedures; function in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment; flexibility to cope with ambiguity, time constraints, and daily stressors; maintain strict confidentiality with highly sensitive information
  • Computer & office skills: advanced proficiency with MS Office, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database applications; ability to learn new software; knowledge of general office equipment (copier, printers, fax) for operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
