We are seeking an energetic and positive Administrative Assistant to support our Boston Community Based services teams and the families we serve.

About Us

Metro Boston Community Based Services is a strong grouping of JRI teams providing mental health treatment and guidance to youth, parents, families, and the community.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with mailings and administrative projects.
  • Create and sustain office organizational systems.
  • Maintain data entry and tracking systems, including documentation on benefits, worker’s compensation, FMLA, background checks, references, and I-9.
  • Manage daily program supplies and communication.
  • Maintain positive communication with the Program Director and Administrative team.

Requirements

  • Must be 21 years or older.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Office support and human resources experience.
  • Knowledge of office administration, human resource management policies, and procedures.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy in preparing and entering information.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Proficient computer skills (data input, Excel/spreadsheets, and ability to learn program-specific software), including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Acceptable driving record and state/federal background checks.

This role is 100% on-site, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, with no remote options. Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

Pay

The pay range for this position is $45,000 to $60,000 per year. The listed range reflects what we reasonably and in good faith expect to pay for this role at the time of posting. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, education, licensure, program-specific budget parameters, certifications, and qualifications.

Schedule

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
