About The Role As a Member Support Specialist, you will serve as an ambassador for patients within the office environment, demonstrating mastery of human connection and a strong drive for service excellence. Your primary responsibility will be to remove barriers to care, ensuring a truly exceptional in-office patient experience. You will be the first point of contact for patient feedback and will provide support as requested by the Practice Coordinator, Operations Manager, or in-office providers. Your role involves maintaining the look and feel of the office lobby to align with the One Medical brand, creating a welcoming atmosphere for patients and staff alike. You are a collaborative team player with innovative problem-solving skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as is the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and deliver customer-centric solutions. Empathy, focus, and compassion should underpin all interactions with patients and teammates. Self-awareness is key to leveraging your strengths and developing areas of opportunity.
