About the role

Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP seeks an Administrative Assistant, Facilities and Office Services to support the Regional Director, Facilities and Office Services in New York, NY. The position requires 3-5 years of administrative support experience and a bachelor’s degree, with professional services industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations, including office moves, renovations, construction projects, and facilities programs using Open Blue software.
  • Maintain facility safety documentation and coordinate building maintenance with property management, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Partner with Firm and Local IT to resolve office and building infrastructure issues.
  • Cook up vendor services, contracts, renewals, and procurement activities.
  • Coordinate conference center, hospitality, mail, and copy center operations.
  • Aid with office security systems and emergency preparedness planning.
  • Track departmental budgets, expenses, and identify opportunities to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Facilities, Office Administration, Procurement, and Regional Directors to standardize processes and improve operations.
  • Purchase and maintain inventory of office, conference room, hospitality, and branded supplies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree a plus.
  • Professional services industry experience a plus.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of administrative support experience required.

Benefits

The salary range for this position is $57,900.00 - $92,550.00. The final salary or hourly wages offered may be outside of this range based on other reasons and individual circumstances. The total compensation package for this position may also include a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave).

Schedule

This position will reside in our New York, New York office with an essential work schedule of 5 days per week. Flexibility with overtime is required.
