We have an opening available for an part time or full time Administrative Assistant in our Elko, NV office.

About the role

We are seeking a customer-service oriented and well-organized Administrative Assistant who can work well in a dynamic team setting. This role is best suited for someone that enjoys managing multiple tasks from an administrative level, has excellent computer skills and enjoys being the go-to for a fast paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, fast-paced, and courteous support to all internal and external customers.
  • Order all office supplies and stock copy room and kitchen.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail deliveries including USPS, Amazon, UPS, FedEx.
  • Aid with data entry requests from various departments.
  • Vendor contact for building management, kitchen suppliers, copiers and printers.
  • Aid with catering orders as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in office administration a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
  • Communicate effectively at all levels of an organization.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Able to represent the company in a professional and positive manner.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
