Administrative Assistant - Distribution Operations

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to Uline's Corporate Distribution Operations Team.
  • Cook up meetings, trainings, events, travel, and other activities as needed.
  • Run reports, queries, and prepare presentations.
  • Maintain and update department documentation, processes, and procedures.
  • Manage multiple department calendars.
  • Minimum Requirements

    • A high school degree or equivalent.
    • A bachelor's degree preferred.
    • 3+ years of administrative/clerical experience preferred.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office products.
    • Extremely organized with strong time-management skills.
