Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department leadership and staff.
- Answers telephones, screen and route calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain organized electronic and paper filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of information.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Serve as a point of contact between staff, leadership, and external contacts.
- Perform general office duties as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree with Certification in Athletic Training
- Minimum 1-year experience in athletic training/program coordination of care with athletes
- Knowledge of medical field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
- Willingness to learn office management or record keeping software
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures
Preferred Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in coordination of care for athletes
- Experience with administrative duties
