About the role

Provides a broad variety of administrative and staff support services for two of our Corporate Banking Relationship Management teams. Other duties may include: collecting and interpreting data to produce reports; conducting special projects; coordinating meetings, conferences, presentations and travel arrangements; and composing correspondence and other documentation as needed.

Requirements

Frequent use of personal computer software packages for word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, etc. Specific job duties vary by area.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Typically five or more years of experience in administrative and support staff activities

Skills

  • Well-developed reading, writing and mathematical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Demonstrated administrative and clerical skills
  • Ability to identify and resolve exceptions and to interpret data
  • Effective verbal and written communication and grammatical skills
  • Proficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word
  • Ability to create flow charts and presentations
  • Proficient with AI applications/Co-Pilot
