Administrative Assistant Coordinator
What's the Job?
Support calendar management and coordinate meeting logistics for managers and teams
Develop relationships with stakeholders across multiple departments to facilitate smooth communication
Assist in planning, coordinating, and supporting organizational events and activities
Manage resource planning, including equipment, supplies, and expense reports
Support onboarding, offboarding, and team activities to enhance team experience
