Key Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all forms of communications to ensure clear communication across the team and with key stakeholders.
- Provide executive administrative support.
- Maintain plant organizational chart and headcount files.
- Assists with compilation of data from various sources, organize the data in formats to facilitate analysis and presentation.
- Support HR on plant-related recruitment and onboarding activities.
- Track and drive completion of key deliverables, proactively following up on outstanding items, such as compliance trainings, vaccination records, and as needed.
- Participate in the planning, coordination, and preparation of project plans, plant communications, dashboards etc.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of administrative assistant related experience
- Experience in life sciences, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical preferred
- C-level and/or executive administration experience preferred
- Large, matrix environment experience preferred
- Strong administrative support knowledge, including the ability to professionally handle sensitive information requiring a high degree of discretion and confidentiality
- Self-motivated, with initiative and the ability to take ownership of, and follow through with, specific tasks
- Strong organizational and detail-orientation skills
- Ability to multi-task and shift priorities quickly as needed while working under challenging/changing deadlines
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
