Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of administrative support functions in an assigned departmental office.
- Relieve the supervisor of administrative details.
- Organize and coordinate office activities.
- Cookordination the flow of communications.
- Maintain confidentiality of privileged and sensitive information.
Requirements / Qualifications

- SCOE Administrative Assistant I Test certificate or a higher level SCOE clerical certificate (must be attached to the application)
- Any combination equivalent to: graduation from High school and two years of increasingly responsible administrative experience.
- College-level course work in business office management, or related field desirable.
- Possession of a valid driver's license may be required.
Benefits
