Responsibilities
- Projects a professional image in all aspects of work performance, including personal habits, demeanor, and attire.
- Models Mission and Foundations and Service Commitments and Fair Housing laws.
- Demonstrates good communication skills with residents, community members, agencies, visitors, and staff.
- Answers incoming calls via telephone and email.
- Follows and explains community policies and procedures to customers.
- Conducts follow-up resident calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follows up on outstanding resident issues and concerns.
- Maintains accurate records in the Property Manager regarding requests and responses.
- Orders routine supplies and special orders in consultation with the Community Manager.
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, with business courses or an associate’s degree preferred.
- Knowledge of general maintenance duties and skills required.
- Prior related administrative experience required.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple demands necessary.
- Willingness to be an active team player, respond to multiple interruptions, and meet critical deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
Skills
- Excellent sales, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Prior related experience preferred.
- Sales and marketing experience highly preferred.
