Administrative Assistant (CLT Corp)
Responsibilities
- Cook up conference calls and meeting requests
- Prepare minutes for weekly conference calls
- Cook up travel arrangements
- Manage inventory of office stationery and other office supplies
- Aid in the processing of credit card payments on the commercial accounts
- Manage mail/courier pick-up and distribution and bank deposits
- Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
- Boost good relations with suppliers and subcontractors that supply goods and services to Inland
- Work cooperatively with all team members and external stakeholders involved in the completion of assigned duties
- Foster a team environment and create a "group culture"
- Drive and maintain a high level of efficiency and productivity
- Perform/complete other additional projects, duties, and assignments as required and/or by request
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Certificate in Office Administration preferred
- Intermediate computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail when entering data accurately and efficiently
- Self-starter with ability to prioritize workload to ensure deadlines are met
- Willing to learn new skills and adapt to change in order to support the growth of the company
- Work experience or education in an accounting role, preferably Accounts Payable considered as an asset
- Ability to carry, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
- Operate office equipment as needed
