About the Role
Keep clinical services running smoothly through organization, accuracy, and meaningful administrative support. This full-time, benefit-eligible position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to support quality care through exceptional organization, attention to detail, and collaboration. You'll play an important role in supporting clinical teams by maintaining accurate information, coordinating administrative processes, and helping ensure services are delivered seamlessly.
The schedule is Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly. This position works onsite out of a Compass office.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for Community Support Team operations across multiple programs and regions.
- Verify and maintain client demographic, insurance, financial, and enrollment information across multiple software systems.
- Monitor, research, and reconcile data to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
- Generate reports, analyze data, and assist leadership in identifying trends and operational needs.
- Support client enrollment, transfers, discharges, and re-engagement activities.
- Maintain documentation, surveys, spreadsheets, and other administrative tracking tools.
- Coordinate office operations, including supplies, fleet vehicle records, and special projects.
- Protect the confidentiality of client information and ensure compliance with HIPAA and organizational policies.
- Provide additional administrative support as assigned.
Requirements
- High School/GED required.
- At least 2 years’ administrative assistant or related experience preferred.
- Proficient knowledge of all Microsoft Office products.
- Knowledge and experience in creating/running Crystal reports & exporting into Excel format.
