Responsibilities

  • Aid the Superintendent in orienting new employees to the site.
  • Maintain necessary documentation for employees on the job site.
  • Collaborate with the Recruiting, site, and customer team to manage WWID’s and schedule training for incoming employees.
  • Manage time entry for employees on the job site, including preparing weekly time sheets, verifying attendance, and entering daily time sheets into Coins according to company policy.
  • Create and submit payroll reports for each pay period, including summaries, cost codes, earnings categories, and units by cost code, and upload these documents to Box.
  • Communicate with HR as needed regarding new hires, terminations, and employee-related inquiries.
  • Perform other general administrative tasks as required.
