Responsibilities
- Aid the Superintendent in guiding new employees through site orientation
- Manage documentation for employees on the job site
- Collaborate with the Recruiting, site, and customer teams to update WWIDs and schedule training for new employees
- Oversee time entry for employees on the job site, including preparing weekly time sheets, verifying attendance, and entering daily time sheets into Coins according to the Superintendent's direction; handle drive time, mileage, vacation, and sick pay payments in accordance with company policy
- Create and submit payroll reports for each pay period as requested by the project manager, summarizing earnings by cost codes and categories, and uploading these reports to Box
- Communicate with HR as necessary regarding new hires, terminations, and employee inquiries
- Perform other general administrative tasks as required
