Administrative Assistant - CEMA Finance & Contracts
Primary Duties And Responsibilities
- Maintain the Finance and Contracts Directors’ calendars, arrange meetings and appointments, including coordination with other business administrative staff on executive calendars.
- Manage travel arrangements, expense reporting and procurement card reconciliation.
- Cook up, facilitate and provide support for various meetings and events.
- Manage meeting and event logistics and connections, including catering.
- Communicate with executives, administrative and management to gather and convey relevant information.
- Avoid procrastination and ensure action items are completed.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- Prior experience working as an Administrative Assistant in corporate setting.
- Experience in coordinating, facilitating, and supporting meetings, and events.
- Experience managing schedules and calendars for executive leadership with complex time commitments.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Robust ability to multi-task and prioritize daily workload ensuring tasks and deadlines are met.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications: Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Robust verbal and written communications skills.
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- A thorough understanding of business practices, procedures, and the ability to interface well with all levels of management.
Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $63454 - $101526
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
