Job Summary
S.A. Comunale is seeking an Administrative Assistant-Contract to support the Reading, PA office. The position provides administrative support to the assigned branch office, including general clerical duties, purchasing, inventory management, and accounting responsibilities, as well as project-based work.
Duties
- Perform general clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, mailing, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Create and maintain various office records.
- Create and modify documents like meeting minutes, proposals, quotes, sales activity reports, and miscellaneous correspondence.
- Answer incoming phone calls and distribute accordingly.
- Aid in processing payroll for technicians, including obtaining employee time information, submitting time information to the Payroll Department, and checking the edit listing before the check run as needed.
- Prepare all service and Branch Manager proposals as directed.
- Print and maintain all bid documents and prepare for all bids.
- Perform background checks as needed.
- Obtain all information necessary for contracts and review sheets.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Three (3) or more years of administrative experience is required.
- Previous experience in the construction industry is a plus.
- Significant experience with Microsoft applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) is required.
