The successful candidate will serve as the face of the office while assisting with event planning and general administrative responsibilities. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, thrives in a collaborative office environment, and is willing to jump in wherever support is needed.
Responsibilities
- Greet visitors and serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed
- Aid in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and special projects
- Communicate with vendors to secure services and event-related materials
- Schedule appointments, meetings, and event logistics
- Handle a variety of general office tasks and special assignments
- Maintain a professional and welcoming office environment
Qualifications
- Previous administrative, receptionist, office support, or coordinator experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Comfortable answering phones and interacting with visitors, vendors, and internal teams
- Computer savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and common business applications
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Flexible, adaptable, and willing to take on a wide range of responsibilities
- Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
