About the role

The Foundation for California Community Colleges is seeking an individual to join its Career Catalyst program. This employer of record service provides human resources and payroll services for work-based learning while partnering with a diverse network of clients.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate hiring, time tracking, terminations, and payroll processes that enable employees to learn outside the classroom while earning a wage.
  • Represent an exciting opportunity for an individual with robust attention to detail and problem-solving skills to provide administrative support to resource development activities and special projects.
  • Administer administrative support for Career Catalyst Service, including monitoring the Salesforce ticketing system, performing password resets, tracking and auditing employment and worksite documentation, and assisting with client and employee training.
  • Accurately and effectively enter data and audits the integrity of that data in Salesforce and Workday platforms.
  • Generate reports as necessary.
  • Support internal and external meetings, including complex scheduling, regular monitoring for schedule conflicts, meeting preparation (including preparing agendas and coordinating agenda contributions from staff members), detailed note-taking, and meeting follow-up (including tracking action items, sending reminders, and scheduling follow-up meetings).

Requirements

  • Relevant AA/AS, certifications, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 12 months work experience in an administrative capacity in an office environment.
  • Excellent record in customer service required.
  • Familiarity with human resources hiring, payroll, and termination processes preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce preferred.

Pay

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $22.00

Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
