Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to leadership and operational teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, meetings, agendas, and meeting minutes.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, guests, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare, edit, format, and distribute correspondence, reports, presentations, and business communications.
- Maintain highly confidential business, employee, financial, operational, and client information with discretion and sound judgment.
- Support invoice processing, payroll administration, expense tracking, and document management.
- Develop and maintain spreadsheets, databases, dashboards, and tracking tools to support business decisions.
- Compile operational, financial, labor, and performance data; create recurring and ad hoc reports for leadership review.
- Create professional presentations, executive summaries, scorecards, and visual reporting materials using data insights.
- Use technology and automation tools to improve efficiency, workflow management, accuracy, and communication.
- Coordinate projects, action plans, follow-ups, and department initiatives to ensure timely completion.
- Maintain electronic and physical records in accordance with company policies and document-retention requirements.
- Support onboarding, training coordination, compliance tracking, and administrative processes as assigned.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implement administrative best practices.
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service, professionalism, communication, and organizational skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred.
- 2-5 years of administrative, executive support, office management, or business support experience preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Advanced organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
- Experience developing reports, dashboards, presentations, and business documentation.
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Shows initiative, follows established procedures.
Education
High School Diploma required; Associates preferred.
Pay
The Hourly rate for this position is $22 to $24.
