Responsibilities
- Aid in maintaining all records related to project activities.
- Coordinate fiscal, personnel, purchasing, payroll, and monthly expenditure records.
- Greet visitors and participants and assist with inquiries.
- Maintain files and an electronic database for 1,000 participants and provide follow-up as needed.
- Aid in the development and/or selection of program marketing materials.
- Aid in collecting data for the annual performance report and other monthly reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director within the parameters of the U. S. Department of Education guidelines.
- Maintain current knowledge of trends and developments in federal TRiO Programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Experience in administrative support roles.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
