Administrative Assistant
Responsibilities
- Aid in daily administrative tasks such as filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
- Coordinate and arrange meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
- Edit and prepare documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
- Manage office supplies and maintain an organized workspace.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to team members and clients.
- Maintain accurate records and perform data entry within company systems.
- Support the team in organizing company events and activities.
- Assist with special projects as directed by management.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing priorities.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
Work Hours
Monday to Thursday, 1st shift

Additional Details
Salary Range: $32 - $35 per hour
