Administrative Assistant
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Principal Investigator’s calendar and scheduling needs.
- Maintain and support the Principal Investigator’s curriculum vitae (CV) and biosketches.
- Support expense report processing.
- Aid with invoicing activities.
- Cook up purchasing requests for the broader team.
- Provide administrative support to meet the evolving needs of the research team.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Knowledge of and experience with internal UCSF systems, including MyExpense and BearBuy.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative responsibilities with attention to detail.
