Administrative Assistant

About the role
SURVICE Engineering is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support our Michigan Area Operation. This onsite position offers the opportunity to accelerate your career and become an integral team member within the defense community.
Responsibilities
- Arrange travel and coordinate vouchers through the Defense Travel System (DTS)
- Manage time and attendance through the Automated Time Attendance and Production System (ATAAPS)
- Manage calendars and set up meetings
- Perform varied administrative duties based on daily needs
Requirements
- High School Diploma and 3+ years of relevant experience (exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered)
- Understanding of administrative and clerical procedures
- Clear verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and attention to detail
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products
- Experience with calendar management, booking travel, and organizing meetings
- Previous experience with programs such as DTS and ATAAPS is desired but not required
- Active security clearance or eligible to obtain (U.S. citizenship required)
