Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative support with business operations, ensuring checkpoints leave a visible source, owner, status, and next action.
- Review and maintain global events role documentation with status tracking for administrative tasks.
- Manage workflows and deadlines, documenting progress and ensuring timely completion.
- Maintain documentation and reporting to support administrative functions.
- Reconcile quality control with source verification to prevent errors and downstream rework.
- Apply data accuracy while tracking evidence and deadlines in administrative workflows.
- Document process compliance and escalate issues with clear reasoning in the context of event management.
- Exercise judgment in follow-up, particularly when tasks depend on external confirmations rather than assumptions.
- Ensure remote completion of administrative tasks by maintaining secure, traceable, and up-to-date reporting, workflow context, and status tracking.
Qualifications
Strong administrative support skills are essential, with a focus on operational control tailored to event management and marketing. Work must be traceable, unresolved items must have clear owners, and repeated errors must be surfaced proactively.
- Proficiency in using Strive Global Events Workflow Context and Operations Coordination tools.
- Ability to maintain data accuracy without losing track of evidence or deadlines.
- Experience documenting process compliance and issue escalation decisions.
- Strong follow-up skills, especially when tasks depend on external confirmations.
Pay
Base salary: $41,000–$62,000 per year.
Schedule
Full-time, 100% remote within the United States. Entry-level position.
