Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations
- Greet visitors and employees
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
- Maintain records and attendance tracking
- Support onboarding activities for new hires
- Cook up and coordinate office and kitchen supplies
- Prepare employee welcome materials and referral correspondence
- Create shipping labels
- Clock in and out company laptops
- Maintain employee and birthday records
- Process invoices and bank deposits
- Prepare ID badges and access cards
- Provide administrative support to the Operations, IT, and HR teams
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) required
- Experience with office equipment, shipping platforms, and basic recordkeeping systems preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills required
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience supporting HR, operations, or onboarding activities is a plus
