Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations
  • Greet visitors and employees
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and shipments
  • Maintain records and attendance tracking
  • Support onboarding activities for new hires
  • Cook up and coordinate office and kitchen supplies
  • Prepare employee welcome materials and referral correspondence
  • Create shipping labels
  • Clock in and out company laptops
  • Maintain employee and birthday records
  • Process invoices and bank deposits
  • Prepare ID badges and access cards
  • Provide administrative support to the Operations, IT, and HR teams

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of administrative, office coordination, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) required
  • Experience with office equipment, shipping platforms, and basic recordkeeping systems preferred
  • Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills required
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior experience supporting HR, operations, or onboarding activities is a plus
