Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to management and project teams
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence professionally
- Maintain and organize office files, records, and documentation
- Auxiliary with scheduling, calendar management, and coordinating meetings
- Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and basic data entry
- Cook up with subcontractors, vendors, and clients as needed
- Support project managers with administrative tasks and reporting
Requirements
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in construction or a related industry is a plus
- Reliable, professional, and a strong team player
