About the role
The Administrative Assistant supports the Legal, Regulatory & Compliance Team, Corporate Secretary, and Global Head of Programs at SiriusPoint. This role provides proactive, high-level administrative support in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate complex calendars, schedule and confirm internal/external meetings, and collaborate with other executive assistants
- Organize and oversee weekly and monthly team meetings, including logistics and follow-up
- Book conference rooms, greet and register guests, and manage visitor logistics
- Arrange global travel, including flights, visas/passports, hotels, cars, and detailed itineraries
- Maintain travel spreadsheets and prepare comprehensive trip packets
- Process and track corporate expenses, receipts, and reimbursements with accuracy and timeliness
- Assist with the preparation, distribution, and archiving of board and committee meeting materials
- Clock in and coordinate logistics for board and committee meetings, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and attendee communications
- Maintain corporate records, minutes, and resolutions in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Support the filing of corporate documents and regulatory submissions
- Liaise with directors, officers, and external advisors as needed
- Serve as the first point of contact, screen calls, and act as a gatekeeper for the team
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering strong working relationships
- Support ad hoc projects as assigned
- Maintain and organize digital and physical files to ensure easy access and compliance
- Provide back-up support for other senior professionals as needed
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting multiple leaders or teams in an administrative capacity
- Experience supporting corporate secretary or board functions is highly desirable
- Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities to manage competing deadlines
- Proactive, collaborative, and able to work effectively with all levels of management
- Demonstrated integrity, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Ramp, Workday, and Deem is a plus
- Experience coordinating complex travel arrangements
- Self-starter with strong follow-through and relationship-building skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- College degree preferred

Pay
The estimated annual salary range for this position is $130,000 - $140,000 USD.
