Pay
The hourly wage for this position ranges from $18.90 - $23.35 and varies based on specific responsibilities and geographic location. Starting hourly rate within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and/or skillset.
Responsibilities
- Answer telephones in a courteous manner, route calls, take messages, answer routine inquiries, and provide general information
- Greet and direct visitors
- Filing, typing, copying, mailing, organizing, and scheduling meetings and appointments as requested
- Maintain plant electronic filing system
- Prepare Bill of Ladings, load list, Pro-labels for shipments
- Create, track, and issue purchase orders for plant supplies, maintenance, and office supplies
- Invoice Processing – logging and GL coding, scanning, and uploading for AP invoices
- Log daily scrap bale reports into tracking system
- Weekly Cycle Counts – issue and track for packaging supplies, glue, and paper inventory
- Safety Tracking – collecting and logging safety inspections, forklift, PPE, HazRec, machine guarding, etc.
- Administrative Projects – manage multiple projects, refreshing JSA’s, LOTO, SDS, etc.
- Assist with monthly physical inventory – process data entry for the monthly inventory report and worksheet for physical paper count, data entry from paper tracker to inventory report for paper and glue purchases, finish goods, and pounds shipped
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
- CSR Backup – cross train to act as backup for CSR and other administrative roles
- Perform any other duties assigned by Plant Manager
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED; degree from accredited school preferred
- Minimum 1 year of progressive administrative experience
- Demonstrated ability to exercise confidentiality
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel, Teams, Outlook 365
- Working knowledge of an ERP system (Order Entry) and D365 beneficial but not required
- Working knowledge/reading of fractions to decimals and vice versa; ability to convert metric to standard
